Tenuta Torciano Wine School and Tasting Event

Guests will be introduced to a variety of wines, olive oils and vinegars as the host describes each one and the perfect pairings to complement each item. Tuscan appetizers will be provided to complement the tasting experience including salami, cheese, bread and others.  Guests will have an opportunity to order items from the winery after the event.  What you can expect at the event:

• Tasting of Tenuta Torciano wines, oils, and vinegars

• Lesson on the winemaking process in Tuscany, covering the influences of soil, climate, and tradition

• Etiquette lesson on wine tasting, including glass handling and wine swirling techniques

• Explanation of why specific foods are paired with particular wines
